Before Session 1

Complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment.

Session 1

Review the Top 5 or dominant themes which were provided on the assessment and gain a better understanding of what they mean, specifically to you.

Session 2

Focus on the times where the Top Themes presented themselves positively. Share specific examples of accomplishments that were made.

Sessions 3-5

Craft responses to interview questions, integrating the Top Themes.
