The goal of any team is to work together to be productive.  This is accomplished by ensuring that team members are engaged and can do what they do best every day! Teaming with Strengths provides a deeper understanding of how the team can work together to reach success.

Foundations of Strengths 

This is the foundational program of the Strength-based development philosophy where participants have an opportunity to learn how they naturally excel in order to increase productivity and success.

This program can be utilized throughout the organization to create a Strengths-Based culture.

Team Effectiveness Survey (TES)

Team Effectiveness Survey (TES)

Assessment

For teams that have fewer than 15 people, the TES provides an objective perspective to see how effective the team is based on productivity and culture. Team members must complete the survey to produce results.

Workshops

Once the TES has been completed, the team will meet for an Action Planning opportunity.  The focus will be on both areas of strength and areas to be improved upon.

Recommended to partner with Strengths-Based Development to heighten the effectiveness of the results.

1:1 Coaching

Upon completion of the TES, a report, containing the results, will be generated. A debrief session with the Manager will be conducted to discuss outcomes and next steps/action plan.
