Meet Heather, Wonder Woman of Strengths
After a 25+ year career in Human Resources, Heather started Ready Aim –> Impact in order to ensure that individuals understood that they all bring positive attributes to their lives and the more that they focus on those, the more successful they will be.
Heather received her BA from Lehigh University, her M.Ed from the University of South Carolina and has a post-masters certificate in Training & Organizational Dynamics from Temple University. She has experience working in a variety of industries from education, to technology to insurance, her areas of expertise include Instructional Design and Facilitation, Performance Management and Employee Engagement Surveys/Action Plans.
Her certifications include Gallup Strengths Coach, the Myers-Briggs Personality Instrument (MBTI), the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) and the ability to conduct the SLII Program – A Situational Approach to Leadership (Ken Blanchard).
She is married to her summer camp sweetheart and has 2 college-aged children. While she didn’t attend the University of Wisconsin, her husband graduated and her daughter is currently matriculating so she is a HUGE Badgers fan as well – On Wisconsin!

The logo for Ready Aim → Impact is the bow & arrow for its significance in numerous areas:
- A bow/arrow is a simple tool – anyone can use it, like our offerings. If you practice with it, you will become more proficient and can then work up to enhancements.
- A bow will make an impact – even if it misses the target. Imagine that you are aiming toward the bulls-eye and you don’t hit it, but still make contact with the outer rim. That’s impact! and with enough points, you can be successful and win your match.
- This is an individual or a team sport – either will be impactful. If you are a lone individual, you can utilize the tools and make a difference, but if you have a team with you, together you can make a stronger impact.
