Finding ways to help increase effectiveness is imperative for everyone.  Ready Aim→ Impact offers assessments – to gain awareness of how one works effectively;  attend a workshop which provides an overview of the Strengths-based philosophy along with experiential activities; or receive coaching to get some feedback and have a deeper dive into understanding how to put these ideas into action.

Assessments

Workshops

Strategic leaders may also be leading teams, aside of creating and strategy.  Our Strengths-Based Development program has workshops that focus on helping leaders understand how to leverage their Top Themes to make them more effective in leading.  It also provides a basic foundation for employee engagement and how to collaborate and support their Direct Reports. 1:1 Coaching

Strengths-Based Coaching is different from other types of coaching in that it is focused on enhancing on what you naturally do well…and getting you to do more of it! Together we explore your Top Themes, once you complete the assessment, and focus on areas where we can continue to elevate your success.  The focus shifts from managing others, to understanding how to be more influential and strategic – even if your Top Themes aren’t in those domains.
