Think back to summer when you were a kid…

    You tried things.

    You took risks.

    You failed.

    You tried again.

And when you got stuck, someone was there to help.

    A counselor showed you how.

    Encouraged you.

    Cheered you on.

Sometimes, they saw something in you that you didn’t see in yourself yet.

    A natural leader.

    A connector.

Someone who wasn’t afraid to jump in.

When someone saw something special in you, it made it easier to believe it yourself

As adults, we don’t get much of that anymore.

Instead, we have Work  • Family • Responsibilities. • Endless to-do lists

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, there’s probably something you’ve been wanting to accomplish; a goal you’ve been putting off.

    A career move • A job search • A business idea • A personal goal.

Something you keep telling yourself you’ll get to when you have more time. What if you don’t need more time?  What if you need to make the time?

Sometimes getting away from the noise of everyday life gives us the space to think differently.

    To ask:

    • What do I really want?
    • What’s holding me back?
    • What am I already good at?
    • and how can I use those strengths to move forward?

That’s the idea behind Camp Strengths.

This fall, a space is being created for you to step away from the everyday and focus on something that matters to you. Through meaningful conversations, an understanding of the CliftonStrengths and a little bit of camp-inspired fun, you’ll explore how your natural talents can help you move toward your goal.

That’s what camp gave us as kids

Space  • Support • Someone who believed in us•

Now we get to give this to ourselves

    Here’s the Difference…

You’re not learning how to waterski this time.

    You’re working on your life.

Whether you’re trying to launch an idea, figure out your next career move, navigate a job search or finally tackle something you’ve been putting off, Camp Strengths is about helping you move from “I want to” to “I know how I’m going to.”

Join us to learn your strengths, so you can see what you can do with them.

Camp Strengths is coming this fall.
