This 36 question survey/assessment provides deep insight into how the team functions and areas where it is excelling and areas for development. The tool is great for teams of 5-15 individuals. Leaders are coached and provided with an overview of the results leading to a workshop where the team receives a 2-hour debrief and begin to consider an Action Plan.
